From the drop-down menu, select: My profile.
A page will open with information about the user and the option to edit it.
Basic information¶
The INFO tab on the profile page contains user profile information divided into several sections. The first one contains:
- Login (username),
- User's first and last name,
- E-mail address – used for system communication (e.g. password reminders, alarm notifications, sending reports)
- Phone number (optional) – can be used for SMS notifications,
- Role – specifies the scope of permissions (e.g. Administrator, Manager, Operator, Observer),
Settings¶
-
SMS notifications – enabling this option means that selected events (e.g. alarms or important system messages) will be sent as SMS messages to the assigned phone number.
-
E-mail notifications – allows you to receive alarm notifications at the e-mail address associated with the account. You can disable it if you don't want to receive e-mail messages from the system.
-
Language – specifies the language of the user interface. Changing the language affects the names of elements in the system, messages, reports, and the content of the documentation available from within the application.
-
Time zone – defines the time zone used for presenting dates and times in the system (e.g. events, alarms, reports). Setting this option correctly is important for the proper interpretation of time-related data.
-
Avatar – lets you set an image representing the user. It is displayed, among other places, in the application header and wherever user information is shown. You can upload your own photo or graphic.
Terms and consents¶
The Terms and consents section contains information about the acceptance of applicable documents and marketing consent settings.
-
Terms of service and privacy policy – shows information confirming that the documents have been read and accepted. Links are also available to view their current content. Acceptance is required on first login and each time the terms of service change.
-
Marketing consents (e-mail and phone) – optional consents to receive marketing information by e-mail and phone. The user can enable or disable them at any time.

The PROJECTS tab shows a list of projects the given user has access to.
-
Administrators – see all projects in the system and by default have full access to them.
-
Other roles (Manager, Operator, Observer) – access to projects may be restricted. The user can be assigned selected projects, out of all those available on the account, to which they will have access.

The LOGBOOK tab contains the history of events related to the user account.
-
List of entries – includes events such as logging in and out of the system, updates to user data, and other account-related operations.
