System Requirements¶

To use the DataPortal system, the following technical requirements must be met.

Internet access¶

Stable Internet connection (minimum recommended speed: 5 Mb/s, optimal: 10 Mb/s or higher).
When using telemetry devices – ensured GSM/LTE or Ethernet data transmission in accordance with the module's configuration.

Web browser¶

The DataPortal system runs in a web browser and does not require the installation of any additional software. The latest versions of the following browsers are supported and recommended:

Google Chrome
Microsoft Edge
Mozilla Firefox
Safari (for macOS and iOS systems)

Tip

Cookies must be enabled in the browser.

The interface automatically adapts to the device's screen size.

Screen resolution¶

Minimum recommended resolution: 1280 × 800 px,
Optimal resolution: 1920 × 1080 px or higher.

Account configuration¶

An active user account in the DataPortal system.
At least one Inventia telemetry module assigned, with a valid serial number and IMEI.

Security¶

Access to the system is provided via a secure HTTPS connection.
It is recommended to use up-to-date antivirus software and an up-to-date operating system.
